Covid-19 Updates

The safety of our staff and customers is important to us during this period of changing Alert Levels and Traffic Light Systems. To find out what level of operations are available at our Authorised Subaru Centres around the country, contact your local Authorised Subaru Centre. We will continue to monitor updates from the Government and follow the updated guidelines.

How we’re staying safe

Are Subaru Service Centres & Dealerships open to do business?
Yes, our locally-owned, Authorised Subaru Centres and 7 Authorised Service Centres are open and upholding these strict safety procedures:

Health Declaration
All staff and visitors to our Subaru Centres must complete a Health Declaration to ensure they are not presenting with Covid-19 symptoms. Customers can now choose to enter our sites or use our contactless options where they can drop off and pick up their vehicles using “click and collect” style methodology.
Contact Tracing
All staff and visitors may be asked to log their contact details in our contact tracing database for Covid-19. This database will not be used for marketing purposes.
Sanitised Surfaces
All high contact surfaces are disinfected at least once daily.
Physical Distancing
Under the Government guidance customers can come to our site and must maintain physical distancing while there and wear masks.

Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep informed with any updates, and to follow some of our tips and Subaru Stories to help you while you're at home in isolation.

To keep up to date with your local Authorised Subaru Centre, please check their websites, and follow them on social media.

If you need to remain at home for a period of time, you may not be driving your Subaru as often as normal. To avoid the battery dying and to reduce the need for any emergency assistance, we suggest you turn your vehicle on a couple of times a week to ensure it is still running as usual. For more tips on how to maintain your vehicle through lockdown, read our story with The NZ AA here
